In order to make sure the privacy of residential areas prevails, all gourmet and commercial activities as well as attractions were concentrated in the heart of the resort. In result what we see today is an open air food court of international restaurants with assorted cuisines intermingled with shops and boutiques and overlooking an area destined as home to resident dolphins and sea lions.

A walk around the Marina is not only relaxing and enjoyable but entertaining as well. It gives one the feeling of Puerto's international attraction as a variety of tongues can be heard from casual passers by. There is also the possibility of choosing one of the specialty restaurants located in the hotels close by.

"The Pueblito" on the marina has become an open food court offering everything from early breakfast to late night dinning and disco, from appetizers to gourmet, from pizza to oysters, hamburgers to stake and lobster and nachos to banana-leaf-wrapped fish steamed to tasty perfection.
